"I Wanna Dance!"

This week's http://www.iheartfaces.com/ theme is I wanna dance! There were several that I could pick from, but this one is the top of my list. A mention of the word "dance" and the image of this little boy at a wedding reception pops right to mind. He was dancing and hamming it up for the camera all day, and we were able to capture the perfect picture here at the end of his "knee slide".

Welcome to Inspirations Photography's blog site. This is my first official blog post. With the winter being a much slower season for me, I have challenged myself to step outside of my own comfort zone and tackle some ideas and desires that have been floating around in my head. One of those challenges is to finally launch the blog that I've been trying to create for more then a year now. With all the snow and no where to go, I guess this is as good of a time as any. This is just a start. I will be driving myself crazy trying to get this thing to look the way I want it to. I will admit that I am not the most computer savvy person you'll ever meet, but I am willing to give it a go. (Thank goodness for my fabulous hubby who is always there to lend a helping hand!!!) Another challenge is to shoot more this winter and to share my work. Whether it be my portrait work or my personal art work I hope you enjoy!
